This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located on the 6th floor and sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. The keyless entry allows you to get right to your vacation upon arrival without the hassle of check-in. All bedrooms and living area are equipped with Smart TVs, which allows you to stream your favorites directly from your own services or utilize the satellite cable options. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities and many extras for you to prepare meals for your group. The dining table comfortably seats 5. If you prefer dining with a view, the balcony table seats 2, with additional seating for 2 in the Adirondack chairs.Bedrooms: The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A stacked washer and dryer are also located in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with stunning panoramic views of the beach and Gulf. This bedroom has shared bathroom access (tub/shower combo) with the living space. For additional sleeping accommodations, the living area is equipped with a new queen-sized sleeper sofa.

A starter pack of supplies is provided with your stay. Keep in mind this is only a one or two day supply of the following items: Toilet paper, paper towels, bath soap, dishwashing tabs, laundry detergent, and trash bags. **minimum rental age is 25. No exceptions. All bookings require a copy of a valid driver's license or other form of government issued photo ID at the time of booking. Photo ID must match that of the booking party.
